DivineUnity eschews old style pyramid structures adopting a network approach which uses a value based model that includes the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. Using both Bascom's Natural Theology and Science of Mind, this is one of the fast growing New Thought Forms. |

Universal Foundation for Better Living
grew out of Unity. Started by Johnnie Colemon with the goal of better classes and a stronger connection to the complete gospels. It is one of the fastest growing Bible Based denomination today. With a strong set of leaders who are diverse and dynamic, UFBL has also fostered the growth of a wonderful new set of New Thought Leaders such as Carlton Pearson who was originally a pentacostalist. |

Unity - 19th Century New Thought based on the teachings of the Fillmore Family. Ahead of their time, the Charles and Myrtle placed their books in the public domain and always prospered through their finder understanding of principles. Charles Fillmore took a delightful approach to the Bible, creating a host of metaphysical insights which have become the basis of " Fillmorean " New Thought. Unity has split several times. Most of the offshoots have not been successful. |

Science of Mind - 19th Century New Thought form based upon the teachings of John Bascom , Emma Curtis Hopkins , W. W. Atkinson and later Fenwicke Holmes his brother Ernest . Although Holmes' form of Science of Mind is within this school of New Thought, Holmes' version is properly called Religious Science . Science of Mind existed long before Ernest or Fenwicke Holmes. There are many wonderful independent Science of Mind centers and communities throughout the world. |

- 20th Century New Thought
denomination founded in Los Angeles by the Holmes brothers: Ernest and Fenwicke. Based upon Bascom's Science of Mind, with the addition of a powerful mythology supported by Ernest Holmes' inability to create citations. This was probably due to the fact that Ernest never graduated from high school or college. Religious Science has split into CSL and Global Religious Science, etc ... Some say the new names were created to avoid association with Scientology |
